I think it says "Quazar" with a z....and the only hit I got on "Estes Quazar" was the 2006 post that BARGeezer links to above.

Q-Jets fit nicely in the red plastic Estes 18/24mm adapters so you can go both ways with a 24mm mount.

I am glad that the C11s haven't gone away as they have some good uses.
